Learning systems institutions can actually run

ATW Schools is the educational resource production arm of AshTechWisdom. We design bootcamps, cohorts, curriculum systems, and digital learning assets that reduce prep time, align to outcomes, and scale across programs.

Educational Resource Production

Bootcamps, cohorts, curriculum toolkits, and licensing-ready educational resources — built to run with or without the person who designed them.

Who it's for

Educators, districts & workforce partners

  • Educators across K–8, secondary, and adult/workforce settings
  • School districts and program leaders
  • Employers and workforce training partners
Specific result

Systems institutions can sustain

Institutions receive ready-to-use learning systems that improve consistency, reduce prep time, and support repeatable delivery without rebuilding from scratch each cycle.

Best fit

Start here if…

You need new program assets, a cohort design, a bootcamp structure, or reusable curriculum resources — and you want something built to last beyond the first run.

What we build
Four production packages

Each package produces a different kind of asset — choose based on your delivery context and timeline.

Educators collaborating on curriculum design in workshop setting

Bootcamp Build

Intensive, outcome-focused learning experiences built for rapid implementation and repeat delivery. Designed to run in days, not weeks, with clear facilitator guidance from session one.

🔄

Cohort System

Multi-week programs with facilitation supports, practice cycles, and aligned assessments. Includes everything needed to run the same program consistently across multiple cohorts and facilitators.

📦

Curriculum Toolkit

Reusable instructional assets, workflows, and templates for instructors and institutions. Reduces prep time and increases consistency without restricting educator judgment.

📋

Licensing-Ready Resources

Structured materials built for reuse across sites, teams, and training environments. Includes documentation and implementation support for multi-site or partner adoption.

Our process
Four-stage production framework

Every ATW Schools engagement moves through the same four stages — clarity before design, design before pilot, pilot before scale.

Curriculum planning and instructional design process at work
Step 1

Clarify

Define audience, outcomes, constraints, and delivery conditions before anything is designed.

Step 2

Design

Create the learning architecture, facilitation structure, and assessment supports aligned to actual goals.

Step 3

Pilot

Test in a cohort or limited rollout. Refine for usability — not theoretical elegance.

Step 4

Scale

Package for reuse, licensing, and institutional adoption. Leave the institution with the system, not the dependency.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Can these resources be customized?

Yes. ATW Schools can support tailored builds for specific pathways, programs, grade bands, or institutional goals. Customization is part of the Clarify stage, not an add-on.

Do you build only digital resources?

No. Digital assets are a core strength, but the system can include facilitator guides, workflows, assessments, and printable components — whatever the delivery context requires.

Can districts or employers license materials?

Yes. Resources can be designed for reuse across sites, teams, or cohorts, with licensing and implementation support structured from the beginning rather than retrofitted at the end.

What happens after the materials are built?

Clients can move into Education Consulting for rollout, ongoing staff support, and sustainable implementation — so the system actually gets used.
